Every piece of gold jewelry we sell carries the BIS Hallmark, which is a guarantee of its purity. You can find the hallmark engraving on the inner side or clasp of the product.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and certificates intact. Custom-made or engraved pieces are generally not eligible for return.
